If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition under our Return Policy.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned sofas and home furnishing products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all applicable labels, hardware, and accessories included.

For quality assurance and product protection reasons, sofas and home furnishing products that show signs of use, assembly, damage, modification, or are missing original packaging, labels, hardware, or accessories may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective.

If you placed a wrong order, return shipping costs are your responsibility. The return processing time is 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

For damaged or defective items:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged package and sofa or home furnishing product

  • Without photo evidence, we may not be able to offer a refund, credit, or replacement
